∎ Leadership skill.

∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Inter-personal skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring finishing completion target for a given older style with desired quality.
∎ Monitoring the finishing process in order to meet on-time shipment.
∎ Must be aware of section’s capacity for different products in different processes. (ironing, visual checking, garment alteration, folding, packing)
∎ Maintaining inventory for consumables in this finishing section and required accessories for packing and other activities.
∎ Taking care of worker’s health and safety who are working in the finishing section and maintain floor discipline.
∎ Any other assignments at the discretion of Management.
