Sound knowledge of different buyer`s finishing process;
Leadership skill.
Communication skill.
Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring finishing completion target for a given older style with desired quality.
Monitoring the finishing process in order to meet on-time shipment.
Must be aware of section’s capacity for different products in different processes. (ironing, visual checking, garment alteration, folding, packing)
Maintaining inventory for consumables in this finishing section and required accessories for packing and other activities.
Taking care of worker’s health and safety who are working in the finishing section and maintain floor discipline.
Any other assignments at the discretion of Management.
