∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source & appoint new buyer/importer.
∎ Maintain regular communication with existing importers.
∎ Collect export order from responsible territory as per given monthly & yearly target.
∎ Follow up with importer & collect Advance TT (Payment) before production & rest Payment before handing over the BL to Importer.
∎ Maintain regular importer ledger / GL.
∎ Do Costing considering all relevant costs & expenses & fix price with prior approval of the Business Head.
∎ Place job order to factory and arrange production schedule as per demand.
∎ Ensure proper & 100% correct export & shipment-related documentation without any error.
∎ Ensure all RMPM to liaison with relevant departments like procurement, packaging material from different vendor/external customer.
∎ Maintain proper inventory and follow up with the factory and contract-manufacturing factory to ensure proper utilization and maintain the production schedule.
∎ Visit the factory and contract-manufacturing Factory from time to time to monitor Production. Ensure the proper coding, instructions, and declaration as per country regulatory advice.
∎ Source & appoint new buyer/importer.
