• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Plan, design development, lay out of exterior and interior; evaluate the in-store design, product assortment plan of the store with the management.

• Regular Participation in team meetings of the management throughout projects/new ventures and clearly communicates expectations/next steps.

• Working on design of all project phases, schematic design, design development and construction documents.

• Continuously work on project manuals and specifications, check for scope of any updates and additions.

• Perform on-site observations and produce reports for the management.

• Build and maintain favorable working relationships with material supplier, contractors and other team members.

• Conducts site surveys, code research, and site observation during construction.

• Supports the construction administration process for Miniso Bangladesh Ltd.

• Support and get immediate solution to regular maintenance/technical issue of the store with necessary support from relevant department & personnel.  

• Continuous communication with land owners, utility service providers, internet service providers, local security forces for any other issue that is to be resolved instantly.

• Manage deadlines and associated team efforts to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Develops complete set of construction documents including plans, elevations, details and sections.

• Over-all project management of the design process.

• Prepare and present a yearly budget and subsequent report of yearly project expansion plan, location selection proposition, design lay out and financial report to the management with co-ordination of the Business Development team so that the management may get the clear scenario of project expansion year by year.
