• Perform application operational tasks, including log troubleshooting, understanding call flow between multiple microservices, database footprint validation, and troubleshooting business operations.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python, PHP, and Shell scripts for operational tasks to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

• Implement and manage UI/script-based process automation solutions for streamlining workflows, utilizing scripting and automation tools.

• Establish and maintain backend applications using PHP, Python, SQL, and frameworks like Laravel, Django, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

• Manage and develop frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

• Automate mobile applications for Android and iOS using tools like Appium, Espresso, and Selenium.

• Provide L2 and L3 application operational support to ensure high availability and performance.

• Design and develop application flow, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across internal developed applications.

• Work with APIs for application communication, including REST and SOAP.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including application flow diagrams and process flow descriptions.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, with knowledge of Excel scripting, PowerBI, and Tableau as a plus.
