Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for dynamic talents as Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager - Merchandising & Marketing experienced in Sweater Merchandising & Marketing for our Sweater Factory; Pretty Sweaters Ltd.
Job location will be Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
The Candidate must have sound knowledge of Sweater Industry.
To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
To search and develop business with new buyers.
Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
Monitoring the status of approval/pre-production/delivery/shipment.
Proper execution of orders according to the planned `Time and Action Plan` on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
