Job Responsibilities:
∎ Investigate and inspect the market
∎ Supervise the work of the Sales peope
∎ Establishment of Sales Plans
∎ Periodic sales summary
∎ Manage the Sales Team
∎ Assessment of the performance appraisal of each Sales team of every month
∎ Communication between superiors and subordinates
∎ Establish irregular promotional preferential activities
∎ Training for Sales team
∎ Make the whole year marketing plan to enhance the total sales.

At present this factory does have one of the highest tiles manufacturing capacities in Bangladesh. Unlike many other tiles industries in Bangladesh, SEUCIL is a solely coal based plant. In terms of product SEUCIL is specialized in manufacturing a series of medium-to-high grade ceramic tiles including mirror polished tiles, rustic tiles, homogeneous tiles, crystal tiles and classical ceramic interior wall tiles. Construction of the factory started back in June 2016. In July 2017, it has successfully commenced its commercial production.,The sales is day by day increase ,At this stage company is considering few new investments.
