∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute policy in different functional areas (as and when required).
∎ Ability to achieve regular revenue collection predetermined by the sales process.
∎ Develop and maintain close liaison with apartment owners, banks & financial institutions.
∎ Resolve request & complain of apartment owner (if any) within a range of authority.
∎ Focus on precise, timely & proper manner for all sorts of official correspondence to meet business purpose.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of Investment Realization Department.
∎ Take necessary initiative to improve quality of work in all respect.
∎ Prepare and update various types of periodical report.
∎ Support all clients (existing & potential) to get loan from financial institutions/bank.
∎ Uphold company’s reputation by providing highest level of customer service in all respect.
∎ Forward closing statement of each and every apartment at the time of handover for settlement.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor.
