Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure quality control of yarns used in production. Conduct yarn testing and analysis.
∎ Maintain detailed records of yarn specifications. Troubleshoot yarn-related issues in production.
∎ Develop and implement yarn quality standards.
∎ Prepare reports on yarn quality and performance. Assist in the development of new textile products.
∎ Candidate should have well awareness of Uster standards for cotton and yarn.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge of different spinning fibers like Cotton, Viscose, Lyocell and Flax.
∎ Candidate should have experience of spandex core yarn manufacturing.
∎ Develop and maintain quality control systems that meet the organization’s standards.
∎ Inspect raw materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
∎ Design and implement testing protocols for products and processes.
∎ Coordinate and oversee the work of quality control staff.
∎ Identify and address training needs within the quality control team.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time.
