Education:

• Master of Science (MSc)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Masters/ Bachelor degree with science background.

• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Flexible for highly experienced candidates.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing / FMCG industry, of which at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role (DGM/AGM).
• Experience in soap, detergent, or FMCG sector will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Sound knowledge of ERP, lean manufacturing, quality management systems, and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional to support our Operations Division as DGM. The position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and proven expertise in production, supply chain, and overall plant management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day factory operations including production, quality assurance, engineering, supply chain, and logistics.

• Ensure optimal production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company objectives.

• Manage and monitor inventory, raw material procurement, and supply chain efficiency.

• Maintain strong coordination with Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing departments to ensure smooth business operations.

• Implement lean manufacturing, cost control, and process improvement initiatives.

• Lead, train, and motivate factory staff to enhance productivity and ensure team growth.

• Prepare operational budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.

• Lead the administration and security aspects of the company to ensure a secure business environment for men and material.
