Responsibilities & Context:
To provide advice on the technical and innovation strategy in the Group of Companies.
To advise refinements on the SOPs, policies and processes by providing overview, monitoring and tracking of all technical / development related matters of all existing and new projects.
To assist with the implementation of a consistent technical and operational audit to contractors and 3rd party service providers in the Group of Companies.
To review and provide recommendations on regular operation and maintenance reports of all plants and projects in its life cycle.
To recommend preventive measures/actions to improve plant operational efficiencies and reliability continuously keeping in view commercial aspects.
To recommend and draft a knowledge-sharing and learning platform on root cause analysis, preventive measures, best practices, improvements, and innovations among all plants and projects.
To collaborate and provide technical and/or feasibility studies/support for new project developments at different stages, unless there are any conflicts of interest.
