• Skills & Expertise: 5s Management, Good Communication Skill, Kaizen, Lean Six sigma Team Management, QMS Implementation.

Location: Chattogram City, Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:

• The candidate should have Knit Garments experience only.

• Must be an expert on Production Management.

• Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.

• Order status monitoring & responsible for achieve production.

• Building relationship with Merchandising department, others department & production people for smooth operation.

• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for achieve target production.

• Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.

• Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.

• Manage all tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.

• Create highly motivated work force to achieve target.

• Establish highest level of discipline in production floors.

• Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine. Should have to able to ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.

• Communicate with top management directly when need any issues arise.

• Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
