• Well conversant with IT equipment.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager for Wash Marketing of Garments Dyeing & Washing in Dyeing & Washing Factory. Candidate experienced in Marketing of Denim and Garments Dyeing & Washing Factory is highly preferable.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing operations of the Washing Plant.

• Coordinate with the planning department to determine the delivery schedule and sequence for implementing capacity utilization and on-time delivery.

• Archive the yearly and monthly sales target of the Washing Plant.

• Create new buyers through costing and price negotiation.

• Monitor the sub-work wash sample development and sourcing activities.

• Prepare the marketing budgets while ensuring minimum cost.

• Ensure the target delivery meets customer satisfaction.

• Manage and communicate with local buyers.

• Make the washing business strategic for sustainable business growth.

• Create new buyers based on the SOP of costing and sales profit.

• Coordinate and facilitate marketing workflow and processes.

• Reduce marketing costs through monitoring and controlling.

• Maintain and follow up L/C, credit realization, and other commercial activities.

• Follow up and coordinate with the Production, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics Department to ensure on-time delivery.

• Kept documentation and submit work progress reports regularly.

• Coordination with washing samples and production issues.

• Maintain good and sustainable relationships with customers.

• Any other assignment as assigned by management.
