Experience:
Accounting Operations Management
Supervise daily accounting activities including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
Ensure accurate and timely posting, classification, and documentation of financial transactions.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely completion.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budget variance analyses.
Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement areas.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.
Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure compliance with VAT, Income tax and other regularity requirements applicable to real estate operation.
Maintain and strengthen internal control systems to ensure financial integrity.
Work closely with internal and external auditors and support the audit process.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor project-wise and departmental expenses to ensure cost control.
Recommend cost-saving measures and financial efficiency improvements.
Treasury & Cash Management
Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and banking transactions.
Manage payments, collections, and fund allocations in coordination with the Finance team.
Support loan documentation and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounts officers.
Review accuracy and quality of team outputs and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines.
Provide necessary training and performance feedback to improve team efficiency.
System, Policy & Process Improvement
Support implementation and maintenance of ERP/accounting systems.
Develop and update accounting policies, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
Identify and recommend process automation opportunities for improved efficiency.
Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, HR, Legal, and Operations for smooth financial operations.
Provide reconciliation, billing support, and project-wise financial data as required.
