Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand customer base.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Conduct training on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor performance and provide timely coaching, feedback, and evaluation.

Client Relationship & Customer Experience

  • Build strong relationships with potential buyers, existing clients, and corporate partners.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service from lead generation to handover.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and follow-up activities with professionalism.

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Oversee full sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Ensure proper documentation, agreement processing, and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth operations.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Recommend tactical and strategic improvements to optimize sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and priority actions.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at property fairs, exhibitions, corporate events, and client presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project features, amenities, pricing, and competitive strengths.
  • Support Marketing in aligning promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Must have sound knowledge about digital marketing and branding had have enough experience of executing events through digital platform.
