Responsibilities & Context: Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, property showings, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Prospect and identify potential customers through calls, referrals, field visits, and events.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide accurate project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and payment options.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and confidence.
Lead Management & Coordination
- Manage leads generated from digital platforms, walk-ins, property fairs, and referrals.
- Maintain updated records in CRM systems, follow-up logs, and communication history.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager and relevant internal departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, Finance) for smooth operations.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Acquire thorough knowledge of all current and upcoming real estate projects.
- Present project features, benefits, and investment advantages to clients effectively.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and corporate visits.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Keep track of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, meetings, and sales outcomes.
- Share insights and suggestions with management to improve sales productivity.
Documentation & Compliance
- Assist clients with booking documentation, agreement processing, and formalities.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts for smooth financial transactions.
