Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc Engineering in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide inputs for developing the organizational strategy and developed project proposals, donor reports and other documents.
∎ Contribute to prepare budgets of TVET and Skills Development programmes and guide its effective and efficient implementation.
∎ Initiate and provide guidance to conduct research on changes in the employment market and TVET trends and prospects in coordination with the research team, and provide necessary guidance and tools for improvement.
∎ Ensure program quality through developing guidelines and ensuring its implementation.
∎ Plan, design and facilitated to develop, Reviewed and updated curricula/CS and necessary Learning materials of programs in line with national policy guidelines and Job Market demand.
∎ Ensure leadership role in development and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders and represent UCEP Bangladesh in different forums.
∎ Organize and facilitated capacity development training for the TBT team.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of the programme and sharing the report to management.
∎ Lead to design Research-based programs/models of UCEP Bangladesh Development and its implementation.
∎ Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience including at least 05 years as a Manager or equivalent position in the field of social development programme management particularly education and TVET programmes in a large organization.
∎ Excellent fluency in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills & conversant with MS Office package including latest software and e-tools.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel.
∎ Age limit for the applicant would be 50 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
