Experience:
Master’s degree in any discipline (Preferable in HRM, Management or Business Administration) with excellent academic background.
PGDHRM, Hospital Administration and also Admin & HR especially healthcare related professional qualifications from a recognized institution are required.
At least 15(fifteen) years of experience in healthcare management. Minimum 10(ten) years experience as Senior Management level in relevant discipline especially healthcare professional.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required;
A strong commitment to patient care and safety;
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and aims;
Must have strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, labor laws, compliance, and hospital administration;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Should knowledge of MS office and HR software.
Age:Up to 55 years. Age is relaxed for high experienced candidates.

Founded by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah (R.), an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi. The founding motto of DAM is ‘Divine and Humanitarian Service’, over last 65 years DAM has been serving the human community for improved living conditions enhancing people’s capacities to maximally utilize their inner potentials. DAM has been contributing to the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating various institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Ahsania Mission Cancer & General Hospital, Uttara, Dhaka, is one of the institutions of the DAM, aiming to provide high-standard quality healthcare services including cancer treatment and general health services to the general population at a reasonable price. It’s a well-equipped diagnosis service along with a pharmacy setup. Hospital is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Deputy Director (Admin & HR) at Ahsania Mission Cancer & General Hospital, Uttara, Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and streamline overall administrative procedures and systems of the hospital;
Manage day-to-day office tasks and activities;
Oversee and manage hospital assets, property, records, and office facilities;
Develop budgets, allocate resources, and manage finances to ensure the hospital`s financial stability;
Implement cost control measures for administrative expenses;
Supervise hospital security, housekeeping, transport, canteen and other administrative support services;
Ensure safety, health, and compliance standards are followed within the hospital premises;
Ensure compliance with government regulations, company rules and safety policy;
Manage and maintain relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies;
Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs;
Oversee and ensurerecruitment, selection and on-boarding process;
Facilitate the implementation of performance management system;
Manage and administer employee benefits, payroll and leave;
Coordinate and manage human resource development initiatives and training programs;
Work with top managementon strategic planning and policy formulation for the hospital;
Ensure effective inter - departmental coordination and communication;
Lead, mentor, and motivate HR and administrative staff of the hospital;
Act as a strategic partner to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals;
Provide expert opinions to management on administrative and HR issues;
Ensure company rules, regulations, and labor laws are properly implemented and maintained;
Ensure timely renewal and documentation of all hospital licenses such as trade license, fire license, environmental clearance, etc;
Properly preserve and maintain hospital plans, architectural and machinery drawings, and all other relevant technical documents;
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and welfare activities;
Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction;
Collaborationwith other hospital management to ensure the hospital`s activities are integrated and aligned with the overall organization objectives;
Any other task as and when assigned by the authority.
