Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree or above, preferably in social sciences. However, this will be relaxed should the candidate have extensive relevant experience in the areas below.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Above 10 years of experience in development, humanitarian assistance, and/or policy programming
∎ Candidates with policy analysis, or other policy related experience will be especially welcomed.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali, both verbal and written
∎ Confident professional networking skills with senior government officials, private-sector leaders, development agency leaders, and with academics/researchers
∎ Good working knowledge in computer applications, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
∎ Good management skills to prioritize work, meeting deadlines, and supervising team members.
∎ Committed team player, working with other senior management leaders and their teams, and with global management and technical team members
