∎ Master's degree in any subject of Social Science/Statistics/Economics/Agricultural Science. Preference will be given the candidates with a Master's degree in any subject of Agriculture with MEAL experience.
∎ At least 3 years of professional experience in MEAL related activities.Proven experience in team leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
∎ Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.Experience working with government agencies and local communities in Bangladesh in an asset.
∎ Practical knowledge and experiences on IEC/BCC materials development.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Frequent field visits for monitoring program activities for ensuring quality implementation.
∎ Monitor and track projects/programs progress against objectives and indicators, identifying and addressing any challenges or deviations of different projects/program.
∎ Prepare MEAL report regularly that captures outputs, outcomes, impacts and process of the interventions and recommends the points that need revision, attention or more examination.
∎ Organize internal reviews, lessons learned workshops and practical recommendations and develop M&E mechanisms and process.
∎ Design and maintain MEAL database and implementation of MIS/Database and procedures.§ Perform monitoring data quality check to ensure data integrity and reliability maintaining a dataset (assessments, reviews, evaluations, through data collection, data entry and data analysis).
∎ Ensure the effective collection, storage, analysis and sharing of information and exchanging of experiences.
∎ Ensure and implement beneficiary’s record and mapping and managing multiple data sets and reporting.
∎ Participate in needs assessment processes, specifically in data collection, processing/collation and data exploration.
∎ Design and implement different organizational research activities.
∎ Develop an online system to carry out issue-based research, baseline surveys, midterm reviews, special study and end-line evaluation.
∎ Lead and supervise the field team for any special study (satisfaction survey, DQA and quality assurance and accountability survey etc.).
∎ Analyze findings, produce summary statistics and disseminate research findings at the different sharing meeting.
∎ Ensure the documentation of the project begins at the very inception of interventions to capture effectively the process and results.
∎ Lead a process of learning sharing among all stakeholders to ensure accountability.
∎ Identify learning, best practices and carry out necessary documentation.
∎ Ensure coordination and communication between project partner, local authority as well as local administration.
∎ Ensure overall collaboration, coordination and networking with different Government organizations, Research institutes and private sector organizations etc.
∎ Identify and implement strategies to ensure projects/programs sustainability beyond the project period.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by WAVE Management.

WAVE Foundation is seeking qualified candidate for the position of the ‘Coordinator (Monitoring)’. This position is responsible for the quality of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning-MEAL work that will ensure the results (outputs, outcomes, impact) along with processes interventions.
∎ Job Summary
∎ The Coordinator (Monitoring) will be overall responsible MEAL of different projects/program. The coordinator-Monitoring will manage the overall projects/program MEAL interventions and meets the donor’s compliance. He/she will provide relevant information of all the projects/program and ensure timely completion of all intervention within the framework. He/She will also be responsible for finance and programme planning, liaison with Government, Non-govt and private sectors, conduct monthly, quarterly review meetings and joint field visits including reporting, documentation and case story writing. The Coordinator (Monitoring) will assist program team for regular reporting to the different development partners as per the requirements.
