- Culinary diploma or relevant training is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high -quality dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Support the chef de parties and sous chef in daily kitchen operation.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and quality standard.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development when required.
