Responsibilities & Context:
Direct and supervise delivery personnel, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
Coordinate the delivery team to increase coverage of outlets and markets, optimizing distribution routes.
Conduct field visits with delivery personnel to understand and resolve issues on the ground, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper reporting to management on delivery operations, including performance metrics and any challenges faced.
Ensure the safety and security of stocks carried by sales representatives during deliveries.
Monitor and ensure timely cash collection from the delivery team, maintaining accurate records.
