• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science).

• Master’s degree or certifications in Data Analytics / BI Tools will be a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or commercial finance.

• Proven ability to manage and manipulate large datasets (preferably using tools like Power Query, SQL, Python, or R).

• Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp business acumen.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

1.Big Data Handling & Management

• Collect, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured sales, customer, and trade data.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and readiness for analysis.

• Maintain databases and automation scripts for recurring reports.

2. Advanced Data Analytics

• Perform in-depth sales, trade spend, and channel performance analysis using large datasets.

• Apply statistical models, trend analysis, and predictive techniques to support business forecasting.

• Identify business risks, anomalies, and opportunities through data mining.

3.Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and dynamic reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel / SQL.

• Create visual presentations of findings for leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Support the Head of Sales Controlling in presenting findings during management reviews.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to gather business requirements and translate them into data insights.

• Collaborate with field teams to ensure data reflects business reality and supports operational decisions.
