∎ Secondary education essential.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountabilities
∎ • Enter medical data (e.g. patient data, dates of visit, content of prescription, viral load, etc.) in mission’s database on a regular basis and according to MSF protocols.
∎ • Participate in compilation of data both from MSF structures and from collaborating health facilities.
∎ • Participate in the search for missing data.
∎ • Update files of existing patients and make any corrections needed.
∎ • Make regular back-ups of all data processed.
∎ • Look after all equipment provided and keep recording area clean and tidy, giving special importance to all patient files.
∎ • Report any issue concerning data management to superior
∎ • Elaborate statistical reports when required by the medical team.
∎ • Ensure, promote and maintain confidentiality regarding all information registered.
∎ MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities
∎ • Working in SARI (Severe Acute Respiratory Infection) isolation-treatment centers and facilties, and/or in MSF facilities,
∎ • Ensure quality data collection and entry is done from all wards and departments.
∎ • Ensure availability of clincial report form, daily and weekly data entry forms/sheets in all wards and departments,
∎ • Ensure patient forms, reports or any kind of medical information is always placed in secure place.
∎ • Ensure patient form, files and tally sheets etc are archeieved according to MSF SOPs.
∎ • Participate in data trainings conducted by Data manager.
∎ • Data confidentiality is maintinaed all ways.
∎ • Ensure MSF patient data is secure and protected at all times, and any breach reported to MTL.
∎ • Data compilation for daily, weekly and monthly reports (MMRs) and submit to MTL on regular basis.
∎ • Abide to IPC standards of MSF when visiting wards or patient locations.
∎ • Availabe to work during weekends and night shifts, when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Languages: Local language essential. English is desirable.
∎ Knowledge: Able to learn and use software used for recording (i.e. Fuchia, EpiInfo, etc.)
∎ Essential computer literacy (word, excel)
