Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing Cow Comfort Shed.
∎ Purchase different type breed as per management instruction.
∎ Responsible for ensuring livestock activities, particularly beef fattening and dairy rearing.
∎ Supervise the feed formulation and production procedure to confirm the high standard of quality products to meet the management requirements.
∎ Monitor proper milk collection, Packaging, storage and distribution.
∎ Prepare vaccination plan and ensure De-worming and vaccination for all livestock.
∎ Assist to improve the quality and quantity of the production.
∎ Implement Disease control and animal husbandry methods.
∎ Prepare seasonal calendar for Livestock (Disease and Vaccination).
∎ Ensure that group member's are trained on proper cattle management and animal husbandry practices.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales and purchases of livestock, Product, byproduct, farm equipment's.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment, and machinery.
∎ Ensure everyday update of individual livestock, record keeping of livestock from purchase of stock to ready for sale.
∎ Oversee all purchasing, receiving and warehouse operations.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
