Job Context:
∎ Job Location will be in Taltoli, Barguna, Barishal.
∎ Must have knowledge of working in a dairy farm.
∎ Must ensure stay with the company for at least 3 years.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well-conversant about modern dairy farming and its living/hygiene issues.
∎ Knows about the common cow diseases prevailing in the country as well as its preventive measures.
∎ Knows about the treatment of common cow diseases and can consult independently with the District/Upazila level DVM doctors for taking advice in case of critical requirements.
∎ Can apply injections and medicines, and conduct minor field surgery for the cows when required.
∎ Has the knowledge of diet programs for cows of various types and ages, and knows how to make balance feed for the cows locally from the raw feed contents.
∎ Well conversant about higher milk production from the cows and has the knowledge of conversion to products like chess, ghee, etc from the raw liquid milk.
∎ Has the knowledge and handling expertise of artificial insemination for better breeding.
∎ Must have the attitude of full-time involvement and devotion to dairy development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years

∎ Our Agro is a multi-directional farm established on a vast open area located near the Bay of Bengal at Taltoli Upazila in Barguna District requires a motivated person to work as its Dairy In-Charge taking full responsibility for its dairy production. The individual should preferably be a DVM-qualified Agro personality, or at least be a technical person with the following capabilities.
