Job Context:
∎ YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) www.ypsa.org is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division since 1985 with a vision to build a society without poverty where everyone`s basic needs and rights are ensured. YPSA is implementing Plan International Bangladesh supported a project title "Child Protection for Rohingya Refugees in Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh".
∎ YPSA invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CWC Officer reportable to the Project Coordinator
∎ Support and mange community facilitators/volunteers in their day-to-day implementation of activities.
∎ Support in any logistics and preparations to ensure that project activities are carried out in a timely and orderly manner.
∎ Co-facilitate, support and monitor community volunteers in the roll-out of group sessions with adolescent boys on topics related to gender, empowerment, SRHR, youth engagement, and life enhancement skills.
∎ Lead the process of identifying adolescent boys who are willing to join and who could benefit from the project, including through household surveys.
∎ He/ she must build/ develop smooth relationship with all of his potential stakeholders
∎ Provide technical support to and regularly monitor project activities of the implementing partner.
∎ Contribute to the elaboration of the reporting (data collection, and narrative report) accordingly to donor/projects requirements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience working with children or young people, engagement with communities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team player who demonstrates leadership and is able to support and train volunteer
∎ Strong team management, staff capacity building and motivation skills in teamwork and networking.
∎ External representation and communication skills, Strong English language skills.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of humanitarian principles and established international child
∎ Protection minimum standards.
∎ Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and decision making skills
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications)
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 55,000 with other benefits as per project budget
