Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have capability and experience on auto cutter and spreader system.
∎ Must have technical knowledge on auto CAD & Pattern.
∎ Preparation of detailed production schedule as per requirement within time
∎ Analytical knowledge to save fabric consumption and man power.
∎ Should have knowledge for any technical audit for all buyer.
∎ Capable to Train up newly hired personnel.
∎ Need vast knowledge on nature of various kind of knit fabrics.
∎ Prepare various reports for top management.
∎ Responsible for overall discipline and order of the cutting department.
∎ Optimum productivity with minimum resources.
∎ Need motivational capabilities to subordinates for maintaining good work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer literacy especially MS Outlook, MS office, Internet.
∎ Must have good command over spoken & written English and effective interpersonal and communication skill.
