Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily production activities on the assigned floor (Cutting).
Ensure production targets are met with required quality and delivery timelines.
Manage operators, helpers, and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
Ensure proper use of machines, manpower, and materials.
Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams.
Solve floor-level production and quality-related issues promptly.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting to management.
