∎ Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting cutting order and comments and filling it properly.
∎ Responsible to ensure quality and timely feeding for production lines while closely liaising with merchandising, manufacturing and other cross functional teams.
∎ Liaise closely with Planning and Sewing team and ensure all requirements are met to achieve the cutting plan. Liaison with concern PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.
∎ Analyze, review and present required information to the management.
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly.
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation for Department
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 40 years
∎ Minimum 5/7 years practical experience as a Manager (Cutting) in any reputed outwear Garments.
∎ Experience Woven & Outwear of Group of Companies
∎ Having 10/15 years and above experience in a large Woven & outwear factory aware about proper dealing with Planning, cutting quality & follow-up, cutting activities and should be capable to work independently with reporting, leading a large team of Cutting personnel's.
∎ Capable to handle a large production floor with better quality and time management.
∎ Having experience to work with direct brand customer/ Catalog customer around the globe.
Salary: Negotiable
