∎ Age 28 to 38 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Marker planning, calculating Marker efficiency and work on saving fabric.
∎ Maintaining and recording cutting, fabric consumption.
∎ Fabric reconciliation for Cutting Department. Meeting with Production Head and discussion about Cut Plan.
∎ Cutting quality control.
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly for woven dress & casual shirts.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
∎ Received the Fabrics and others items from the Store as per Consumption/Company Policy.
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC Report with the physical receiving.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ Thorough knowledge of fabrics construction, fabrics quality, Pattern, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc.
∎ Before bulk Cutting to identify the risk area of cutting process so that alter/rejection will be reduced.
∎ Determining production fabric average.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
