  • Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing) – No Bengali communication.
  • Basic understanding of Zoho CRM.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, responsible, and punctual.


Responsibilities & Context:

House of Bookkeepers is looking for 2 professional and experienced Customer Support Executives who can handle international clients with fluent English communication. This is an in-office position with a weekly rotation between day and night shifts. No Bengali communication is allowed in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer communication through chat, email, and calls (English only).
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
  • Keep records of interactions and follow up on unresolved matters.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Working Hours:

  • 8-hour shifts.
  • Weekly rotation: 4 Days Night Shift + 4 Days Day Shift.
