• 2 to 6 years

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• 2 to 6 years

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Customer Support

• Fluent English communication (Speaking & Writing) — No Bengali communication

• IELTS holders preferred

• Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM

• Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving ability

• Professional, disciplined, and punctual

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through calls, email & live chat (English only)

• Provide accurate service and product information

• Assist clients with questions, complaints, and technical support

• Maintain CRM records and follow up proactively

• Ensure exceptional customer experience & service quality
  

  Work Schedule

  • 8-hour shift per day

  • Weekly rotation: 3 days night shift + 2 days day shift
