∎ A Customer Success Manager plays a key role at Company. The responsibility is to work with Company Clients in the US/ Canada time-zone and make them successful with the Company software applications.
∎ Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Canadian Eastern time (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
∎ Bangladesh Night shift (7.00 pm - 3.00 am)
∎ Work Location - Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ 2/3+ years of prior experience in meeting and interacting with Canada/US customers on phone a must.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage client portfolios
∎ Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client
∎ Review the customer journey, identifying how it s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
∎ Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service
∎ Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
∎ Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
∎ Hold product demonstrations for customers. Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for other members of the department.
∎ Improve onboarding processes.
∎ Evaluate and improve communication infrastructure.
∎ Mediate between clients and the organization.
∎ Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
∎ Minimize customer churn.
∎ Aid in product design and product development.
∎ Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
∎ Work closely with customers to understand their key business priorities and ensure that we are successfully addressing them.
∎ Identify patterns among customer performance and contribute towards developing best practices, FAQs and knowledge base for using Company platform
∎ Timely response to all customers queries via email or phone
∎ Debug customer problems and report bugs to the engineering team and get them fixed
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction. Identify any potential issues proactively before the customer reports them!
