Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Oceanography/Marine Science.
∎ Or Graduation in Fisheries with Masters in Oceanography/Marine Science.
∎ Or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fish Breeding, Shrimp
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise and execute promotional plans for new and existing products to Fisheries Officers, farmers, dealers, doctors, consultants and other opinion leaders according to potentiality keeping in line with the marketing department.
∎ Prepare product-wise monthly sales forecast plans in coordination with the assistance of reporting supervisor.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional activities and programs.
∎ Monitor the competitor, marketing and sales promotional activities and report to assist supervisor.
∎ Train and educate field forces on features and benefits of new and existing products alongside providing other related technical information.
∎ Monitor the sales against targets and devise appropriate plans to meet sales forecasts keeping in line with the Area Managers.
∎ Organize meetings/symposiums in collaboration with the supervisor for product briefing in farms and customers' areas.
∎ Ensure technical services to the fish breeders/hatchery owners, farmers and dealers instantly as and when required and build up excellent relationships with potential customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ 1-2 years of experience working in Shrimp Hatchery/Fish Breeding/Cattle or Poultry Disease Management is highly expected but potential freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Posting Place for the Oceanography/Marine Science/Fisheries graduates will be Cox's Bazar.
∎ Good knowledge of cattle/poultry/aqua industry.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Problem-solving skill.
∎ Ability to work under stress.
∎ Willing to work in remote areas and extensive travel.
