Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and social media platforms.

• Provide accurate product information (size, fabric, price, availability, etc.).

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction after sales.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and offers to increase sales and brand awareness.

• Create engaging content (captions, visuals coordination) for social media posts, reels, and stories.

• Monitor analytics and insights to improve engagement and conversions.

• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries on social platforms promptly.

• Collaborate with designers and photographers for product shoots and promotional content.

Additional Duties:

• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, sales performance and campaign effectiveness.

• Assist in organizing pop-up events or exhibitions when needed.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity in the fashion/garments industry.
