∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating invoices, shipping and billing requests using client's interface and following standard operating procedure.
∎ Pricing & Product information request processing.
∎ Solve Customer complaints through proper channel.
∎ Prepare technical fault reporting as and when required.
∎ Checking up on customer feedback, refund requests and order processing time to time.
∎ Logging in task details in work tracking sheet using google sheets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Flexibility in working from home or office, or a combination of both.
∎ Flexibility in working during 2pm - 11pm shifts during Monday to Friday, with day offs on Saturday and Sunday.
∎ Flexibility in working in roster and working overtime during government holidays as required by client.
∎ Proficient Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel. Candidates who are familiar with working in shared google sheets using multiple filters and formulas, will have added advantage.
∎ Good written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to customer detail is a must.
∎ Past experience in working in Zen Desk and Customer Tracking Management will be given preference.
∎ Good written communication skills and ability to build rapport.
∎ Demonstrates a constant sense of urgency during each customer interaction focusing on customer empathy and outstanding customer service.
∎ Technological knowledge, specifically the ability to navigate multiple complex systems simultaneously to respond to customer inquiries.
∎ Weekend shifts are required on an as needed basis.
∎ Preferable Age: 22 to 30 years, but flexible for exceptional candidates.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
