∎ Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
∎ Provide general information
∎ Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 28 years
∎ Good Command in writing and speaking both in English & Bangla
∎ Interpersonal skill
