Responsibilities & Context:

Talent Centric Limited is hiring Customer Service Executive for one of its sister concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote training programs and career opportunities.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, fees, schedules, and career pathways.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and follow-up activities.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects through consistent communication and support.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

  • Provide feedback from clients to improve course offerings and services.
