  • Preference will be given to candidates with Graphic Design skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Basic knowledge of IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL will be advantageous.

Position Overview :

Study Universe looking for a dedicated and motivated Female candidate for Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with queries regarding IELTS, PTE, TOEFL registration, courses, and visa or migration processes. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer client inquiries in person, via phone, email, and social media platforms.

  • Assist with the registration process for IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL exams.

  • Provide detailed information regarding Study Universe’s services, including visa and migration assistance and language courses.

  • Guide students through the enrollment process for IELTS and PTE preparation courses.

  • Manage client records and maintain accurate data in our customer management system.

  • Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on the latest exam dates, visa policies, and migration regulations.
