Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.

  • sell services, products over the phone as per the instruction provided.

  • Receiving customers` enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.

  • During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.

  • Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.

Night Shift: (8.00 pm to 5.00 am) including Break.
