∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ No third division, minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ Ensuring excellent customer service over the phone to existing and potential customers of the bank through incoming and outbound calls.
∎ Use of formal & proper language and pronunciation while the conversation with customers.
∎ Identify customer needs, giving precise information with clarification and providing appropriate solutions for ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
∎ Executing customer requests, resolving complaints, and referring unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Social media query management by replying to customer inquiries through different social media channels.
∎ Capitalizing the portfolio through Up-Sell/Cross-Sell.
∎ Achieving set targets in terms of building assets and liabilities of respective portfolios through phone calls.
∎ Ready to work in different shifts round the clock and on government holidays according to the business needs.
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Strong command in English
∎ Formal & proper use of language and pronunciation is mandatory/prerequisite for this position
∎ Freshers can apply.
∎ Experience in working Call Center will be given preference.
∎ Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
