  • Ability to effectively and calmly handle guest complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to prospective customers to gather feedback on services. This may include making sales pitches when appropriate.

  • Conduct post-visit survey calls to guests to collect structured feedback regarding their playground experience.

  • Ask insightful follow-up questions to uncover deeper customer insights and understand their needs.

  • Organize and summarize collected data into comprehensive daily/weekly feedback reports.

  • Represent the brand with a positive, professional, and courteous attitude in every interaction.

  • Accurately and professionally record feedback using digital tools and internal CRM systems.

  • Undertake any other additional activities as per company needs to support overall operations.
