Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
Proficient in basic computer operations, including internet browsing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email communication.
Ability to effectively and calmly handle guest complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Receive inbound and make outbound calls to prospective customers to gather feedback on services. This may include making sales pitches when appropriate.
Conduct post-visit survey calls to guests to collect structured feedback regarding their playground experience.
Ask insightful follow-up questions to uncover deeper customer insights and understand their needs.
Organize and summarize collected data into comprehensive daily/weekly feedback reports.
Represent the brand with a positive, professional, and courteous attitude in every interaction.
Accurately and professionally record feedback using digital tools and internal CRM systems.
Undertake any other additional activities as per company needs to support overall operations.
