Customer Service Executive is a newly created role at AGAM, with long-term growth potential. The role involves collaboration in internal systems, monitoring customers and advising customer service of anomalies and risks, creating, and distributing critical reports, creating Executive Business Review presentations, and coordinating internal and external meetings. The executive will also work with data and reporting teams to gather critical information needed for upcoming customer touchpoints and assist in creating, updating, and maintaining ongoing project plans for customers. In addition, the executive will also do vendor-related work for all office work. This is a vital role in ensuring the Customer Experience team can continue to provide the experience our customers have come to expect and deserve.
What You’ll Do
Customer management and support.
Monitoring customer problems and risks.
Gather feedback from customers to enhance products and services.
Assist in maintaining/updating customer reports.
Create and distribute critical reports out of the AGAM platform as requested.
Coordinating internal and external meetings.
Work with data and reporting teams to gather critical information needed for upcoming customer touchpoints.
Creating, updating, and maintaining ongoing project plans for customers including management of documentation.
Collecting the demands of clients, Answering the functions of production in technical aspects, and exploring the potential market.
Giving effective technical solutions and communications regarding product issues and troubleshooting, providing training to the clients, distributors, installers, etc.
Working on vendor-related work.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing vendors, serving as the main point of contact for communication and inquiries.
Identify potential new vendors, conduct thorough assessments of their capabilities and products, and negotiate terms and contracts.
Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of products.
What You’ll Need
Basic knowledge of computer, security, or communication technology.
Have a high level of business communication English, with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic Microsoft Office software skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while working on multiple tasks at once.
