∎ Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
∎ Managing customer communications through various channels.
∎ Resolving customer complaints efficiently and providing suitable solutions.
∎ Explaining Pureit products and services in detail to customers.
∎ Processing orders, forms, and customer requests.
∎ Maintaining records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
∎ Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Providing feedback on customer service processes for continuous improvement.
∎ Leading and guiding a team of junior service representatives when necessary.
∎ Ensuring customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with Pureit.

∎ Starting Salary: 13,000 BDT
∎ Potential increase to 15,000 BDT after 6-9 months of probation (based on performance).
∎ Higher initial salary may be considered for exceptionally skilled candidates.
∎ Additional incentives can lead to a monthly income of over 20,000 BDT for consistent performers.
