∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer with good verbal & Technical communication skills in Multi-tasking customers deal Experience. You have to Receive Phone calls, handle clients & have the ability to convince clients over the phone.
∎ Work days: Saturday - Thursday (Fridays are off).
∎ Work hours: 9 am - 6 pm.
∎ Job Location: Paltan China Town, East Tower - Suite #17/3, Level-16, 68 Naya Paltan, VIP Road, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on information, Service & Packages query.
∎ Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
∎ Handling multiple incoming & outgoing phone calls in a timely manner and transfer/forward the calls to the concerned person/extension.
∎ Welcoming & handling the coming guests/visitors and assisting them in a professional manner.
∎ Prepare daily inbound calls, queries/complaints & answers report and send the concern department.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, tolerate stress, have discipline and desire to work and gain new knowledge, have politeness and ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitask.
∎ They should be well mannered, pleasant, professional and good problem solvers as well, Should be self-directed.
∎ Occasionally, You Need to Visit nearby clients for meeting purposes. (You will be accompanied by another staff member).
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Should have self-supervision skill and performance management skill.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and requirements.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Quality assures of regarding daily task and call.
∎ Needs to have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively.
∎ Manage large volume calls in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare & submit a daily report on incoming and outgoing call.
∎ Submit Customer feedback report to the management daily basis.
∎ Handle customer's day to day queries & provide required relevant product information in an efficient, professional and positive manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic salary 20000 taka -25,000 Taka + performance Commission based on Monthly Target. There will be a couple of ways of bonus income.
