Location: Onsite, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist clients with onboarding and understanding BSD’s services.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
