Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Support
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
Handle client queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Client Retention & Relationship Management
Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Coordinate approvals and revisions with clients.
Client Retention & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services.
Follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction and future collaboration.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate client records, project details, and communication logs.
Prepare periodic client status reports and feedback summaries.
Share performance updates, campaign insights, and improvement plans with clients.
Market & Competitor Awareness
Stay updated on advertising trends, digital marketing tools, and competitor activities.
Suggest creative ideas and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with internal departments (creative, strategy, accounts, media).
Attend internal meetings to align on client requirements and project progress.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming and pitch sessions.
Target & Performance
Meet monthly and quarterly client satisfaction and retention targets.
Support in achieving agency growth and sales goals.
