Responsibilities & Context:
1. Managing inquiries from clients and providing practical solutions
2. Keeping appointments & follow up every service booking
3. Giving proper information about after sales services & update technical announcement to customer
4. Handling service center calls regarding outside customers queries
5. Monitoring and assist other CRE’s activities
6. Making outbound call and daily calling reports regarding all zones
7. Prepare & Monitor CSI and DSI report of all 3S Center
8. Arrangement of training for CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
