Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibility :

• Land project / Real Estate Marketing/Sales related work.

• Handle all communication - calls, emails, and messages - with clarity, professionalism, and discretion.

• Provide daily coordination support to the Management, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and confidentially

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage all logistics related to MD meetings - from booking rooms to ensuring seamless tech setup.

• Repot to Management.

• Search New Clients .

Office Operations

• Monitor and manage office supply needs and equipment orders for the MD`s workspace.

• Maintain organized, accessible, and up-to-date management files and documentation.

• Act as a liaison between the MD`s office and external stakeholders.

• Support internal initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and special projects assigned by the Managing Director.
